Tri-Cap Bus Service

In February, 2007, Melrose started offering Tri-Cap bus service to (ALL) residents of Melrose. The bus is available Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

One-way boarding tokens are available at the following businesses: Melrose City Center, CentraCare Clinic, Central Minnesota Federal Credit Union, Freeport State Bank, Ernie's Family Foods, and Snyder V & S Variety.

The in-town cash fare is $1.25 per boarding and advance tokens are 12 for $12. Tokens from Melrose to Sauk Centre are $3.00 one way.

Current riddership is over 500 passengers per month.
