City of Melrose, MN: Industrial Park

The new Melrose I-94 Industrial Park, located in the western part of the City between I-94 and CR 186, includes ten lots in Phase One. An additional five lots were completed in Phase Two. The installation of City services including electric, sanitary and storm sewers, water and streets, curb & gutter, and bituminous road were also installed in 2005.

The first industrial building has been built and it is hosting a commercial trucking company. The second building was finished in 2007 and hosts the Genex Corporation.
