2030 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE PROCESS COMPLETE

Following the November 3 public hearing on the City of Melrose 2030 Comprehensive Plan Update, the Planning and Zoning Commission took action recommending to the City Council that it adopt the Plan Update. At its meeting on November 17, the City Council took action concurring with the Planning and Zoning Commission to adopt the 2030 Comprehensive Plan Update.

This formally concludes the comprehensive plan update process. Beginning in 2012, the Planning and Zoning Commission will undertake the updating of the City's zoning and subdivision ordinances which will implement the Plan Update.
