The Parks and Recreation Board shall consist of seven members appointed annually by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council. One member of the Board shall be a member of the Melrose Area Development Authority, one member shall be a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission, one member of the Board shall be a member of the City Council, and four members shall be appointed at large.

The Board meets at 6:00 p.m. as scheduled.

Established in 1976 to January 2009.

Re-established in 2014.
