With the extremely high temperatures, Melrose Public Utilities is asking customers to conserve energy throughout the week as much as possible. You can limit your electrical usage by: turning up your thermostat a few degrees, closing your drapes or blinds during the day, shutting off all unnecessary lights and equipment, and delaying using appliances until later in the evening. Your efforts to reduce electric usage will help us all. Thank you for making these adjustments in your homes and businesses.

Construction continues on the remodeled restroom in Sauk River Park. It will have showers for the campers. If you have not visited yet, check out these great fire rings. They are paid for/sponsored by local organizations and businesses. They were custom cut by CAP Enterprises.
