The City Center parking lot is being re-constructed with new paving, sidewalks, curb, and gutter. The gravel lot to the west of the City Center and street parking will be for library visitors and individuals using the City Center. Please exercise care during construction and watch for equipment and hazards.

Starting Monday July 7th crews will be removing the pavement for street projects on 8th Street NE (Highlands) and 5th Avenue NW (past CURA & Park View).
These projects are primarily street resurfacing, with some curb work.
Except for temporary closures – the roads will be open for traffic. Please be aware of the construction equipment and workers and proceed with caution.

The intersection of 3rd St. and Central Ave S will be closed on July 2nd, 2025 from 8am-3pm for maintenance, thank you.
