This year the City of Melrose and Tri-Cap are teaming up to help residents with their Tri-Cap Energy Assistance. City staff and Tri-Cap staff will be available to assist you on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, from 3:00 till 7:00 p.m. for the 2023-2024 program at the City Center. No appointment is necessary.
